HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Most items are made to order. Normal production time is 5-14 business days. Once orders are shipped via USPS, you will receive your tracking number to the email used during checkout.

*Pre-order and custom merchandise is subject to their own production schedule. Processing/shipping times vary.

HOW WILL COVID-19 IMPACT MY SHIPPING?

​COVID-19 SHIPPING: Due to the ongoing pandemic, orders are extremely delayed and shipping may take longer than usual. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE?

All items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you!

Please note: HBCU Girls Are Lit. is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 

Once your order has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

HOW CAN  I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders are sent to production shortly after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. 

HOW IS SIZING?

Most items are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions prior to purchases.

ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.
